This company was literally a God-send. Before I met them, I had a previous Realty company that put someone on my file who specialized in commercial real estate to manage and oversee the selling of my home. She had very little experience in residential and it showed. She didn’t know that you had to find out whether the condo was FHA approved before you tried to sell it. This literally wasted 3 weeks of time as virtually ALL of the potential buyers were FHA buyers. They completely mismanaged the marketing of my home and it cost me so much time and money and stress. It affected the timing and cost of the purchase of my new home as well. My house was on the market for over 60 days without it being sold. Out of desperation, I reached out to people who specialized in buying homes cash, and they recommended that I fire my realtors and recommended Jeff Saferite and the Redux Group. We developed a strategic plan, and literally within 2 days of them putting the home out in their private network, ( before we even put it on the market), we got 3 solid offers, and the contract was signed within 4 or 5 days BEFORE we put it on the market.
