As real estate agents, there is nothing better than being able to bring a smile to the face of our clients at the end of a transaction. It reflects not only the relief of finally concluding the long process of buying or selling a home, but also the joy that comes with having found a great deal in the process.
Redux Realty’s Teddy Rueckert recently helped Terri and her daughter Kita find their ideal home in Centreville. The search was not without its challenges, as they looked for a condo that met their needs and did so at a price within their budget. But in the end, they were able to find the ideal location.
“We were able to find Terri and Kita the perfect set-up,” Teddy says. “We beat out multiple offers and ratified on day one, getting everything we wanted. I just recently visited their new home and Terri said Kita has not stopped smiling since they’ve moved in.” And with space for their dogs to run and three pools in the vicinity, there are plenty of reasons to keep smiling.
